Is it normal to get a tingly feeling in fingers when you pick up something small

Ever since I was a kid I always got this. When I pick up something small and hard, so not really something like a thin piece of paper or a really squishy object I get this weird tingly feeling in my fingers. I roll it around usually between my index and my thumb and it just rushes all up my fingers. It’s almost like being electrocuted minus the pain. It makes me shake sometimes.

Nerve damage possibly either from injury or genetic defects. Either one nothing to be afraid of because nothing can be done. But if these effects grow to your extremitys then IMMEDIATELY GO TO THE DOCTOR!
