    No, that sounds like a known scam where a pop-up from the FBI appears on your screen demanding money or else criminal charges will be filed.

    That's sounds odd...if you're online activity has to do with horrible things regarding children or drug related then ya I would say it's normal for them to interfere, but if you're not a pervert then it's probably a scam
