Is it normal to get a sort of chest pain if you havent had enough sleep?

I normally sleep 7-8 hours, but sometimes its less, and it seems when its less than 6, I have an ache in my chest, possibly from my diaphragm (it hurts more on breathing deep) IIN?/any tips?

it sounds like your lungs, if the pain is on one side and your ribsor shoulder is hurting when you breath in deep its most likey to be lungs id have this seen to by a doctor, you may have walking pneumonia or somthing this is what usually happens to me , have you had any cold or flu symtoms in the past to weeks coughing flem feeling fatique muscel aches? if so go get checked.

  • see a doctor or drink 4 galsses of water per day and it cools the pain and relaxes the muscles.

It could be heart palpitations, or your more aware of your heart beat. I noticed when I had fainting spells from panic attacks it was when I didn't get enough sleep a few days in a row, that I would notice my heart beat more pronounced in a almost painful way that caused me to be more scared. But it was only when I didn't get enough sleep. When I have panic attacks but don't faint I usually get a cold sweat, and odd breathing. I was told I was got pale but I couldnt see that.
