Is it normal to frequently mess up headphones or chargers?

I end up frequently messing up electronic components no matter how conscious I try to be. Recently broke my last good pair of headphones after using it for two months. Usually happens whenever I forget my brittle headphones are connected to a device when I try and pick them up.

Also, similarly a lot of chargers I use for my iPod Touch don't last long (Which for the longest time have been third-party, because I'm a cheapskate). I have come to expect that it's either an issue with Apple and their attitude towards third party attachments. Could also be I'm just a massive idiot.

I used to be able to keep things in mint condition and trust myself. Now, I'm not too sure. Too young to be experiencing dementia, almost in my 20s.

Just think ahead and remember you gotta unplug the suckers before moving them.

I have a cheap set of headphones I bought years ago. They work on everything. My cell and computer. You don't need expensive head phones. Take your cell with you because some headsets don't work well on cells. Even the expensive ones. They take more power to work and the cell cannot provide. Also the impedance may not match.

These are throw away items that get stuffed up every so often. I wouldn't worry about it. It's normal. By cheap crap and then it won't be a big deal. $10 headphones are perfectly fine. Chargers 5-10 or even dollar store ones which only last for 3 weeks are fine.

Ditch apple as soon as you can. It's a crap company. Google is crap too but at least it isn't "proprietary".

Are you anxious, depressed or stressed out a lot lately. Is your mind otherwise occupied with things that upset you most of the time?

Within the past month or so I somehow managed to lose a $129 LG wrap around bluetooth headset. I was super angry at someone about an old resentment all day so when I lost my headset I didn't even notice, because I was so not present in the moment due to my anger. It was kind of an expensive lesson, because although I probably couldn't afford it I replaced the headset since it's my all-time favorite to use. I'm very picky about my stuff, and replacing it with some cheap piece of crap would just make me miserable, and depressed.
