Is it normal to feel your overall mood and consciousness shift with the seasons

I dont get depressed or anything, but it's like every season that comes along, my overall consciousness feels different, really hard to describe. Anyone know what I mean.

You might have SAD - Seasonal Affectiveness Disorder. I get super depressed during Winter, and really happy when Spring arrives!

i know what you mean, in winter especially around christmas i become very lazy and hardly go out, spring i love because i feel so fresh from nicer weather and more energetic and am more inclined to do things, summer i love even more, i find myself carefree going on holiday and parties, then in autumn i become a bit refeletive, thinking about the past also think about the future and what im gunna do, before its winter again and im just like, fuck it lol i live for the spring and summer most of the good memories i have are march to september sort of time, i find christmas realy depressing i hate it lol
