Is it normal to feel sick when eating meat?

When I eat the fat of the meat or bite a hard part I instantly get the urge to spit it out in a napkin (and I feel like i'm about to puke) so i have a really hard time easting steaks at a restaurant with someone else. Hamburgers and chicken are fine, cow meat gives me the most problems.

I was raised in Texas; I love me some beef, and I tear that shit up!

Same. Grissle, fat, any of that totally grosses me out. I spit it out too.

  • It's chill, and when I think about it, I can see why you'd feel this way.

There's no need to ever feel pressured to eat meats you don't want to.

    HONESTLY SAME
for me i am really disgusted by fat, tendons and skin
it’s totally normal and the only way to really work around it is to eat only lean meats or just not eat meat at all lol

Whenever I eat beer and bite into a huge chuck of fat, I always spit it out, not because it's gross, just because it's so tasteless.
