    I’m only 18 but I hate old people and the thought of being one. I find old people physically repulsive and I don’t like the idea that one day my health will fail and I will be unable to live a full, independent life anymore.

      I'm not mad at you. I used to think I would die in a drunk driving accident before I turned 30, but now it turns out that I'm 50 years old. As it turns out I wasn't much of a drunk driver, because I didn't want to have the deaths of other people on my conscience, and I was afraid of surviving the accident, but crippling myself.

      Yes, getting old isn't any fun, but it beats the alternative. All you can do really is to take care of yourself, and make the most of your life.

      I’m not necessarily saying I have a fear of people who do grow old. Not saying you should be attracted or really enjoy people who are older but you hate them?
