Scary stuff, very true, I think it has to do with spirits too, cause I had the same thing happen to me but even before sleep sometimes things would happen and sometimes after I'm awake already the lights would turn on or off and id hear or feel something like a chill
Surely though, if it has stuff to do with spirits, correct me if im wrong, they would just come anyway to you whether your asleep or awake? Whats so important and significant about whilst your falling asleep?
