I'm not one to post photos of myself at all, let alone ones that show a lit of skin, but just because someone hapoens to be wearing a bikini in a photo doesn't mean they are asking for that kind of attention.
You're definitely right, posting pictures like that doesn't mean they are asking for it, one could just want to share a good time they had, that is harmless. What I am saying though is that posting a visually attractive picture will get positive remarks on how they look, that is just how things work and I don't think anyone can disagree with that at least. Not that people should step out of line but I feel there are better ways to handle a small comment like that than instantly blocking someone and jumping the gun.
