My guess is that you're possibly love-shy. I've had similar feelings because of my Asperger's, and sad as it may be, I probably never would have found women if it wasn't for the Internet.
But if you got the looks and you're athletic, then you have something to be proud of. Those qualities draw attention, so maybe you can find someone who also feels the same way as you.
