I blame the parents for raising these rude spoilt brats. It seems to me that there are no consequences for bad behaviour or bad manners. Too many parents focus on their own lives / careers thinking they can have it all but we, and society, are paying for their selfishness and stupidity. No matter how much money they throw at their kids they are not raising worthy members of society.
Then we have kids having kids! What do they know about bringing up children! I swear I'm telling the truth... I watched a TV programme about kids' who couldn't speak coherently. They filmed the kids at home, to find them plonked in front of the TV while mom sat with her latest bf. They told one mom to get involved with the child and what did the mom say ...? I swear she said, "Nobody told me I had to talk to her." Duh
Maybe if more parents turned off the TV, stopped getting drunk or high and spent some time talking to their kids each day, the kids would learn to respect their parents and the rest of society too!
