  • I think the easiest way to get emotional is to watch something scary. Try watching happy tree friends for example. At least I find that show really scary, but fear is personal so maybe you don't. Also you need to vary your activities and content in what you do, vary the type of videos you watch and music you listen to, maybe play some video games and vary what you play too. Or you could simply need complete rest doing nothing for a while (if you feel tired/fatigued), if you're worn out your brain just wont be wired to get excited for that time
