Is it normal to feel bad if girlfriend compliments other guys in front of me
I am an amateur singer who likes to go for Karaoke with my girlfriend. I think I have a pretty good (amateur) voice. On a couple of occasions, my girlfriend has somplimented other guys singing in the bar about their great voices right in front of me. They were good, but not better than me, or at least not by a lot. She does not compliment me on my singing, ever. She also once told a guy in the bar "you're so funny." I would not feel so bad about that if she had ever said that to me. She has not, even though I think she does think I am funny. Am I normal to be so bothered by this? It makes me feel like a loser.
