I'm not sane. I am very mentally ill. But I still don't think incest is normal or ok in any way, shape or form.

Just tell her man. see if she lets you feel of her, then when you do that feeling might go away, ya know what I mean? once you know what she's like
It's still not normal that you get aroused by your sister. But it's also not your fault. Don't worry about it too much. If it starts to really bother you, maybe talk to a therapist about it.
