Certainly such desires are quite common among step mothers and step sons, step siblings and other combinations. Our biological processes signal "hey! There's an attractive mate over there!" and often don't recognize such constructed niceties as "but she married my father!" Indeed, the taboo can make it more intriguing to some people.
That said, I'm not necessarily advocating it. There is a great deal that can go horribly wrong from pursuing that fantasy. It could drastically and negatively change your step mother's or your father's opinion of you. If others found out, you would be likely to experience a lot of social stigma. You might even be "encouraged" to find another place to live.
You're not a monster for finding her attractive, but think twice before you pursue another man's wife... especially your father's.
