A friend showed me his sports card collection (I don't care about sports) and told me stories about the players and the history of the teams. This went on and on, before I knew it I was hypnotized in a trance on a big comfy chair.

      True.I don't hate playing sports but talking about sports is kinda boring.😴

      Yes, boring talk helps me with my anxiety.
