Not taking into account breakfast and lunch, this seems like a good meal. The only drawback would be high levels of sodium, being a broth based meal. But since it's homemade pho, I guess you got it covered. Bon appétit.
Question is, do you reach your sodium rda with this meal alone? Guess you can try and google some low sodium broth recipes. Or you can have this meal every other day.

No, it's not this meal alone, but it tends to be after all meals combined. Yes, I've been playing around a bit with meal planning and seeing how I can space it out. I do use reduced sodium broth also. Right now, I'm recovering from surgery so can't exercise but I will be in a couple months or so. Just getting my eating habits down first and trying to keep my calories around 1700. I appreciate it

Yeah, the sodium is the one thing. I've been going over the daily goal but it hasn't been ridiculous
