As far as health is concerned, it's neither good or bad. You're obviously not going to catch a disease from yourself, but it's not going to give you any benefit either.
It's possible some guys might get fixated on doing it because of twisted things that happened in their past, and it would be better for them if they got to the root of those causes. I guess it could also be seen as pretty narcissistic too. But I think the most important points are that it's not unhealthy and doesn't affect anyone else, so generally it's a harmless kink.
I also think that any guy who expects someone else to have their semen in their mouth should taste it at least once so he knows what he's asking his sexual partner to put up with.
