Is it normal to do this?

Is it normal that I have to make sure the microwave has to be "cleared" whenever it ends before the time or if somebody left like :05 seconds left on it? I have to press clear or else it will bug me.

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

    I do this too.

    My microwave is weird, in that if you leave it at say, 0.30 seconds left and you add your new time it adds the leftover 30 seconds to it. Burnt a lot of things due to this.

    So i always make sure to clear it before use.

    Yeah, I do that too. I use that thing to tell time when I am in the kitchen.

    i did that yesterday lol, wasn't even my microwave, nothing was heating up so i cleared it. it bothered me.
