Is it normal to develop a stammer when nervous at the age of 23?

It's so weird and I have never experienced this before but when I'm super nervous with someone I sometimes stutter.
I'm 23 and have been through my fair share of nervous situations before but I've never stammered. ..IIN

    Try and speak slowly.. i stammer too when m exited about something or try yo speak fast
