Is it normal to demand the impossible?

I know life is mostly suffering nevertheless my high or low expectation, but tenaciously challenging reality by demanding impossible stuffs feels a bit relief and pleasure even I acknowledge I cannot get what I want. Accepting life as it as well as status quo is for me a defeat that I cannot accept and deal with.

  • Why can I picture you in a video being pulled over for speeding and telling the police that you're a "free inhabitant" and that you're "traveling, not driving"?

"It's in the USA book of laws and codes, occiferrrrr!"

It's not normal and it's not really a good thing to do. You should strive for things that are attainable rather than just demanding things you know you can't have.

    • In fact I cannot, my desires don't belong to this world. Sometimes I feel that nothing in reality satisfies me.

It really depends. Your post isn't saying much about your demands.

Oh, that kind of stuff? Yeah, we all fantasize about saving/ruling the world. If it legitimately gets you down you can't do it, you have a problem. If not, whatever floats your boat.
