Is it normal to defend freedom of speech including incitement against my life?

I consider myself classical liberal. And I know that everyone has the right to do what he wants unless this harms other. But the concept of harm is broad and vague. If we consider psychological harms as an example, then lots of non-criminalized acts will become illegal - especially psychological harms expand to nearly all human acts.
for example, being successful in my carrier offends someone's feeling and flames his envy, therefore success in a carrier must be criminalized.
I mean criminalization of psychological harms (including incitement as well as hate speech) makes no sense if we value liberty which is supposed to expand acts whom we are free to do. So I cannot justify incitement as a crime.

So if some broke slacker is envious I got three cars, I should be penalized for my hard work?! It's not my fault some people are completely inept at life.
If anything, we should stop giving losers free money! Limit welfare to three months max.
More than enough time to get a job. Why should a part of my paycheck go to lazy idiots that don't even want to be a part of society?!
