Having a guy eat you out isn't sex. It's a sexual act, but it's not sex. As for the nerves, well, maybe get more comfortable with him. Bring up the subject without hinting that you want it, than ask him what he wants. Then you can hint that you want it. If it does happen you won't be nervous as long as you two have a really strong connection.
