Do away with all full length mirrors and just have a small one in the hall. There must be more to you than to be someone so self-centred. Develop some hobbies or interests to make you a more rounded person who's able to converse with other people. There is nothing more boring than some idiot who can only talk about nail varnish etc. Why don't you do some voluntary work and meet others less fortunate than yourself?

It's not healthy, even if there are a lot of other people out there like you. Beauty fades with age and there will be absolutely nothing you will be able to do about it.
