    dictate- a move by emotion, is that what ur saying and if so it still doesn't seem to make sense..And are u saying that the phrase- I'm so happy you're back in my life is irrelevant to the fact to do with forgetting to txt back? Sorry I am very literal and am having difficulty in understanding you exactly.
