hmm fair enough I see your point, however I'm more referring it to people more than things. Eg- Someone forgets to txt back makes me feel as if i'm unimportant when they adamantly state that their so happy I'm back in their life and that I mean a lot.
That's pysical action dictated by emotion, and still subject to the short term memory loss that effects all people in varying degrees.
To only forget things that are "unimportant" would mean having a subjective type of control over memory loss, but people can't control it otherwise they'd simply choose to never forget anything.
I think u meant- that's physical action not dictated by emotion, so in other words don't take it personally if they don't txt back because they meant what they said, right? I think I finally got it :D
That's not important anyway because to only forget things that are "unimportant" would mean having a subjective type of control over memory loss, which is silly.
IIN to believe that if someone forgets its because it's not important?

That if someone forgets it's because it's not important.
People forget important things all the time. I forgot my bank account number when I needed it once, that was important lol.
