the doctor told me to get physical therapy and i am nervous af even tho i dont know why. i have this weird feeling like something awful is going to happen at physical therapy.

    I actually had a good time at physical therapy. It wasnt painful like I thought it would be. and I really like my physical therapist. i want to be friends w/ her

    Not enough information to comment on: what's your diagnosis? What sort of physical therapy is the doctor recommending?
