    It is annoying blacks blame whites whites blame blacks everyone is crying and wants to be the biggest victim.

      A constant victim mentality can actually further disable people who have been historically oppressed even if those people are not being currently oppressed in our modern society. People can cause a sort of self fulfilling prophecy as a result of their own thinking.
