Go low carb, high fat diet. Stop drinking anything more than 0 calories. Weight will slide right off.

This, in a nutshell, explains how to do that. More simply, eat real food. If the food is a processed food? Get rid of it.

I am 5'9" and weight 170 pounds. I should weigh between 153 and 168 pounds according to the BMI assuming I am male with 40% muscle mass. There should be a significant notice in performance issues relating to physical and mental health at that weight. I used to weigh 190 pounds and it starterd to hurt walking although I have arthritis so that is my reason wanting to stay fit.

Why are you wasting our time with your stupid post? You are a kid. Who cares if you are a fat pig. Now go away and don't come back here for 9 years!

My cousin was 250lb when he was your age. Now that he's grown up all the fat is gone. Just wait a few years and you will be fine

your 13yrsold and 200pds you need a full diet your metabolism is at a all time high 50/50 your portion instead of two just have one make sure you eat at least two apples a day the water bottle is your friend lots of water like 6 bottles a day and its not to late to join a sport sometimes it better to get fit with others but if you hate sports run around your block walk to school if your close by best of luck to you

I can guarantee you that the only way you maintain body fat, or make more body fat has to do with the presence of elevated insulin.

Yep, sugar. You've gotta drop the excess sugar from your diet.

Dude just do a lot of cardio but don't cut down on the amount of food yo eat. You can get a better diet, but don't reduce the content because you're growing right now, so dieting or something is not the best idea

Sat 1000 calories a day and work out. That will do it. Don't cheat and make sure that you eat no more than 1000 calories a day.

If you are losing weight, even if it's slowly, just keep doing what you are doing. You will eventually get down to the point where you want to stay at your current weight and you won't have to change your eating and work out to do it.

It's also probably healthier to lose(or gain) weight slowly. You may not be where you want to be by June, but you should be happy with where you are at now, and keep working to where you want to be.
