Is it normal to be this afraid of encountering people?

My niece and nephew are currently staying the night at my house (it wasn't my idea it was my parent's idea) so I decided to stay in my room with the door locked so I wouldn't have to see them. I didn't eat supper because I was too afraid to leave the room and I had no choice but to pee my pants as they were still awake. I am hungry and uncomfortable but I cannot leave until they are gone.

This is normal. I too stay in my room when mother in law comes.
I won't go to restroom, take a shower, eat in front of anyone, will show any sort of joy, or demonstrate interest in conversation, or make eye contact(if I just have to move around the house) with anyone I do not want to be a part of my life.

I agree with Rose on the pissing your pants part being weird but everything else is normal.

I think it's normal to be annoyed about having unwanted houseguests, but you are taking this whole thing to an insanely unnecessary extreme. This is not a reason to pee your pants. The whole pee your pants thing has me thinking this could be fake.
