Is it normal to be suspicious of those who hate animals?

I don't trust people who don't like dogs but I trust when a dog doesn't like a person.

I understand that some people don't want to have a pet in their own house,which is fine, but to HATE animals is just creepy. I especially hate people who think its funny to harm animals like shoot birds and cats or tease dogs. If you hate life, stay in your cave and leave the rest of God's creatures alone.

i'd find it a Little strange but it wouldn't have an Impact on if if i find someone trustworthy or not

It's an immediate turn off for me when someone just plain doesn't like animals, especially dogs and cats.

I can understand if someone is Like OCD or doesn't have the time or $ and doesn't want to own a pet. But to just flat out say I HATE ANIMALS its like wtf is wrong with you?

People are animals. If they hate animals they juuust might be an asshole. Unless they have allergies that's understandable.

I only distrust those who don't like cats. Such people are profoundly lacking in sensitivity and sensuality. I believe that all of the reasons you have given above for why one might dislike animals apply to most dogs (*slobber, slobber* *eat pooh* *slobber slobber* *BARK BARK BARK* *lick feet* *roll over* *whine whine whine*).

I love animals I have cats and tarantulas and people are like ooh tarantulas cool man, but most people are like urgh tarantulas gross and so I have to explain that tarantulas are amazing, graceful interesting animals who are not out to eat people and to do a abit of research before they slag them off. It enrages me that they get such a bad press. People also ask me if they are poisonous and I say no they are venomous and one person even asked me if they were animals and I said no they are automatons and they said...really? and im like er no. gawd blimey, face palm. PEOPLE ALSO ASK ME WHAT THEY EAT, and I say people lol.leave the spideys alone. jeez.

I love animals aslong as I dont have to look after them or clean them. I have a dog who makes my life so hard but my kids love him and my partner loves him i cant wait for him to die of old age

Try living in a house with a chihuahua for 10 years, then come tell me how you feel about dogs.
