Is it normal to be sleeping and peeing all the time?

I started a neq job where I hike a lot. Its an outdoors job. Similar to old job but more labour intensive. Since I got here ky appetite increased, I been knocking out periodically and I can't stop peeing. I thought I was gaining wieght but I seem to lose it when I sleep or else go to bathroom so im assuming I might just be super blaoted.

What does, "I been knocking out periodically", mean? Are you saying that you've been fainting?

If you need to be more physical in this job, it isn't surprising that you're more hungry and your body needs more rest. It also wouldn't be surprising if you're thirsty more often and drinking more. If you drink more and if you aren't literally covered in sweat all the time, it's logical that you'll need to urinate more often.

It is possible to drink too much water. If you do over-hydrate, your blood chemistry can be messed up, and this can cause dizziness.

One of the best indicators of proper hydration is urine that's very pale yellow. If it's virtually clear, you're over-hydrating; if it's dark yellow, you need to drink more.

I suggest you try not to panic, give your body some time to adjust to the new demands you're placing on it, and monitor your hydration level.

Peeing a lot is often attributed to diabetes but maybe you are drinking a diuretic. And it’s normal to sleep a lot I’d assume if your job is really physical. Maybe just see your doctor to be safe man
