My bowel movements have been rather irregular as of late. One minute diarrhea, then it's constipation the next. I'm pretty sure I have IBS. I probably need to have another colonoscopy.
I find that if I drop the pH of my GI tract with vinegar type foods (like pickles) it causes the good bacteria to beat-up the bad bacteria. But you need to take a fiber supplement with the pickles to push the frontline of the microbe battle thru the transverse colon.
Sure is a good life when everything is working. There's nothing like dropping a good dump.

That reminds me. I could use a bit of fiber myself. I suppose a dill pickle wouldn't hurt either.
