The things you did with him, you've described as gross, but it appears that they did not begin to cause the reactions you described until after you found out about his other "friend". So the question is what really grosses you out, the things you did with him or the fact that he was seeing someone else and did not tell you about it?
Remember that by definition the very nature of a "friends with benefits" experience is the lack of exclusivity. Unless you both had an explicit discussion prior to the sexual experience with the friend, and an agreement on the issue was reached, your friend did little wrong. Try to be honest with yourself and determine what exactly is so upsetting and disgusting about this situation, take responsibility for your part in this, accept what was not under your control to change, and reflect upon what sexual acts and relationships are within or without bounds for you.
