Is it normal to be prepared, and willing, to reform everything?

If I get into politics, I am completely willing to tear down this government and implement another. I want a government system centered completely around education. I want good schools everywhere in the country, and am willing to destroy anything that would get in my way. If I would become a tyrant or dictator until my desired country becomes a reality, so be it. is it normal to feel this strongly over any desires you may have?
