My legal advice is to go to court and choose a different family member to live with, perhaps a uncle or aunt they are always there for you because thats what i did my mother mistreated me insanely like im talkin about givin me Guinness beer at the age of 11
I was told i got drunk that day and passed out i have never seen em since
