I think it's normal for you to be pissed by your parents as you may have certain expectation of what the parents' responsibilities are as their child.
However, now it's your responsibility to make things work for you and your family. I always believe that everything we do, be it using drugs, watching porns or any other things that is destructive to us, has certain purpose. This will include what your dad has been doing, i.e. spending money on drinks and cocaine. You may perhaps want to talk to your dad about this. Most of the time it's because of an unmet need/expectation.
I believe everything should be "repaired" from the smallest "unit", in this case is you, and your family.
