Is it normal to be pissed off at fake friends?

There's fake friends out there who play anyone for a sucker, pretending that they care about you, where the reality is that they want to manipulate you into doing stuff for them.

What makes them a fake friend?

- Narcissism
- Manipulation
- Pretending to like a certain topic or things
- Jealousy

And so on.

My point is that they piss me off and I would rather have someone who is a real friend.

For too long I had surrounded myself with people who played me way too well and I beat myself up over this.

Is this normal to be pissed off by those fake friends out there?

If you can’t seem to get along with an /entire gender/, there is other problems in place.

I guess a good step might to be genuine, authentic in your communication with others. Don't do anything to anyone else that you wouldn't want done to you. Respect others, and don't stick around people who are disrespectful of you. Steer clear of people who are gossip a lot about other people.
