Yes, I think it's normal and probably quite common. Good looking people feel they are expected to be cool and socially skilled, though they may have the same human insecurities as the rest of us. Don't feel bad.
A high profile example is Mitt Romney. He's good looking, but he's incredibly awkward socially. There are plenty of good reasons to vote against him, but his awkwardness is not one of them.
Hang in there and you'll realize that people will judge you for who you really are. Relax. If you are kind and have integrity, you will be fine. Good looks are just frosting on the cake.
