  • It's not technically rape, because in legislation rape HAS to involve the penetration of a penis. As such a woman CANNOT commit rape in legal terms. I don't agree with this but in legal terms its sexual assault. This is almost an umbrella term, but if a woman ties a man up and forces him Viagra and then has sex with him is sexual assault not rape.

    • That depends on the legislation, which isn't the same everywhere. Women can rape men under Australian law and have very occasionally been charged and convicted for sexual assault, also even more occasionally women charged with sexual assault against another woman or a child.

      In many jurisdictions there's now no such offence as rape, it's all called sexual assault.
