    What's with degenerate being the popular buzzword on here lately? Anyone who'll turn down sex cause she's on her period needs to grow up. I am kind of a degenerate tho i guess...

      There's so much we disagree about, yet I completely agree with you on this.

      Nobody should ever feel under pressure to engage in a sexual activity that takes them out of their comfort zone, but I think a lot of people with prissy attitudes are the victims of a basically sex-negative upbringing and they haven't yet realised that this is blocking them from experiencing things they might find enjoyable if they got free of those inhibitions.

      My late wife wasn't a prude, but she was sexually inhibited due to the messages she got while growing up with a screwed-up mother. One of the sad things about her dying at fifty was that she had never managed to push through those barriers and so she never fully acknowledged and experienced her sexual potential.

        Well, yeah. People shouldn't be pushed to do uncomfortable stuff, "Ew, but you're on youre period" is pretty childish.
