Is it normal to be jealous of animals?

so i think i,m jealous of animals..or a feeling related to it. when ever i see a dog, bird or what not...i get this feeling of hatred/ jealousy. i did have a pet before, but i noticed that i could feel it even then. maybe i,m mentally ill or something?!
does anyone else feel like this?

    I used to be jealous of my cat. Not having to do anything all day, no work, no school, free everything, but then I remembered animals are dumb, can't play video games, can't use the computer, and can't talk. Now I'm glad I'm human.

    No but sometimes i'm jealous of ostriches because they can just bury their heads in the ground and pretend that nothing exists

    Sometimes I feel a bit jealous of my cat XD. I wish me and my cat can switch places for a month.
    I can sit on my ass all day and daydream, while he studies, does exams and works. XD
