Is it normal to be insanely irritated with this type of person?

Is it normal to be annoyed by someone who arrogantly gives orders, demands everyone obeys them, mocks and demeans anyone who does not listen to them, and yet have not earned or obtained any type of authority over those people or group? Or is it odd to want to murder someone over this? Like for example saying "I am in charge of you now" and you state "You have no authority" and they say "Yes now obey you dog" when you never agreed to be this persons, property, Dog or follower?
