Finns look clearly different from the rest of the nordic countries since their genes is a mix of the nordic genes and mongol genes that came from Asia, thus they have more asian features such as higher cheekbones and slightly slanted eyes.
I don't think it is as clearly defined as you think. there are plenty of people in both Norway and Sweden who also seem to have a little Asian ancestry in their looks but it doesn't make them any less Scandinavian. if you just told people that you are Swedish they would believe you and not care one way or another.
