Is it normal to be disgusted by some medical procedures?

I understand that some procedures are done to help the patient to fulfil a better life and live longer but I find myself very uncomfortable and sick when people talk about colonoscopies and having that stroma bag as well as kidney dailysis and other transplants. I feel like I'm going to faint when I imagine all those body things being done.
Does it happen to anyone else? I'm not trying to be mean.

Being disturbed by medical operations and conditions is a normal thing for many people.

I used to know a woman who had to wear an ostomy bag. She would always talk about it especially if she made a mess, and she didn't care if you were eating or whatever.

    Colonoscopy doesn't give a "stroma bag" ..
