  • Its normal for you probably because you sound like you set yourself up for the fall. Listen to people that are motivational speakers. Think, feel, talk, dream, positive. Everything you do your going into it negatively. Negativity breeds negativity.
    You need to wake up and be positive no matter what. Wake up telling yourself its goi g to be a great day, etc. I know, i was there before too. That negative thought process sucks.
