Is it normal to be creeped out by the lyrics in "starving"?

I am actually listening to "Starving" by Hailee Steinfeild right now because I like the melody of the song. But the lyrics are really creepy. It sounds like someone who had an eating disorder and they recovered after eating a person. Or maybe I just have a really active imagination.

I absolutely hate this song and change it over whenever it comes on. The song is targeted at a young audience and it's content is shocking. My daughter would not be allowed to listen to it. The singer should be ashamed!!!!
