It depends on the country or culture. I'm American; almost everyone here is circumcised.

There was an uncircumcised guy in my middle school, and he was bullied relentlessly after people saw him changing during gym class. All the boys called him "pointer."

I'd say, if you're talking a culture where women are used to uncircumcised peen, then that's what they generally prefer, although there are plenty that don't care.

The foreskin apparently feels more sensations but, it can cheesy if not properly washed. Oh! Decisions! Decisions!

It depends on what is the norm of a specific culture. In the U.S. a lot of girls are accustomed to circumcised ones and are even grossed out by uncut ones. In a lot of parts of the world only guys with medical reasons get circumcised so uncut is what girls are used to and prefer. I've heard that girls who have had sex with both generally like the feel of an uncut one though.

A word of warning, if you're thinking about getting it done look up the opinions of guys who have. You might reconsider
