I didn't know "cutting" was that much of a "thing" among males, you must really be able to pick them!
While I don't specifically find myself attracted to "self-harm scars", I don't find scars in any way unattractive - be they surgical scars, stretch marks from pregnancy, accidents, etc. I've always just viewed such things as "a part of the person", and something to be loved along with the person.
Perhaps (and I'm not a psychologist, so I may be wrong) you find these scars attractive as they represent to you a "visible" link to your own cutting/self harm, sort of a "this guy has to accept me, he has cut himself too" thing?
