Is it normal to be afraid to sleep naked?

I get so afraid that there will be an emergency or something and I'll have to run outside naked with all of my neighbors around or whatever.

I sleep in a t-shirt because of this. but it's too short to really cover much. so I leave a pair of panties on my door handle so I can put them on quickly if there's a fire. I've literally thought it all out and still get scared. Is it normal? Or paranoid..?

    Leave the T shirt on the door handle with your panties. You will still be able to make a quick get away.

      a t-shirt is easy to work around lol. and you could always be naked, touch yourself, then get dressed for evacuation B)
